do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We totally get that getting a brand and website professionally designed is an investment, and we're here to do what we can to ensure that finances are not a hinderance in making that happen. When you receive your proposal following your initial consultation, you'll see a few payment options, including a 10% pay-in-full discount and a few payment plans for you to consider.

how long does a custom project take?

This varies based on your project scope, but custom branding typically takes 2-4 weeks, while a custom web design turnaround tends to fall around 4-6 weeks. Upon onboarding, you will receive an approximate timeline to schedule out our collaborative touchpoints and get a sense for when you might have a finished product in hand and be headed to launch!

Whether it be product packaging, PDFs, business cards, stationary, you-name-it... we've got you covered. Before we connect for your initial consultation, please make a detailed list of all of your design needs so we can review them together in our call.

where are your custom sites hosted?

We are HUGE fans of ShowIt, and we opt to design here for a number of reasons, the biggest one being that you don't have to be a web design wizard or know any code to make future edits to your own site. We equip you with all of the tutorials to make those changes down the line upon final delivery of your site.

What happens if i'm not happy with my design?

Before we sign you onto our studio, we hold a Connect Call to learn more about each other and make sure that our style (both in design and process) is aligned with your expectations. We want to make sure our collaboration is nothing short of a success! We also have multiple touch points throughout our signature design process for you to provide feedback and edits to ensure your final product is beyond what you could have ever imagined -- in a good way!

While it is uncommon, if you were to feel like we were not creating the design you were looking for prior to final delivery, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance beyond your initial non-refundable deposit and the reasonable amount of time we've spent on your project. We do everything we can to make sure we are the best fit before we even hit the drawing boards!

As a self-taught brand designer and creative director of 5+ years, I've refined a set of skills that looks different from any other designer.  As a creative entrepreneur of 10+ years, I have a unique understanding of what it takes to make you stand out in a variety of industries. Thinking outside of the box is my love language. 

Most importantly, I'm dedicated to crafting a unique brand that-- while intentional and strategic-- is above all else inspired and impactful. We don't have a niche style; we don't follow design trends; and we stay committed to our proven signature process so that we can craft a brand that is meaningful and unlike anyone else's.
